1/3 of Chinese territory is carbonate rocks distribution area. Because of the peculiar karstification process and developing characteristics, there are a series of special karst environment problems in north and south karst part of China. The karst bare rocks zone with Guizhou as the center, connection Guangxi, Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, has a total area of 540000 square kilometers. Because of the peculiar karst geological processes and karst environment characteristics, the fragile environment system which is second to desert edge areas occurs. Due to more population increasing pressure, and inappropriate use of land and resources, the region environment is getting worse, and has restricted the region economic and social development at the same time. In the northern China, for karst water is normally related with the coal fields, they also have the mine water bursting and karst subsidence environmental problems. Therefore, to study and control the karst environment problems directly is very important and relates to the social and economic sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization of karst areas.
